Help
How can we help?
Step by step guides for the LASSO app, written from the screens and buttons you see. Pick a topic below.
Getting started
New to LASSO? Start here.
Your company's address, your password, your phone and your old spreadsheet.
Daily work
Run the day from your phone.
Plan the stops, log what happened at the door, and let your voice do the paperwork.
Plan your dayToday, the stop list, Optimize, door outcomes, Near me now, the call list and Plan my week.
Voice notes and Recap my dayTalk after a visit. LASSO writes the note and lists what to do, and you check it first.
Scan business cardsOne card or a whole stack, reviewed and saved as accounts or leads.
Finding leads
Find the next building to walk into.
Search for buildings near you, pin the doors you knock, and leave a QR code behind.
For managers
See the team and connect your other tools.
The Team page, territories, and the ways LASSO talks to other software.
Location sharing and Team LiveHow reps turn sharing on, and what managers see on the Team page.
Draw and assign territoriesDraw shapes on the map, give each one to a rep, and see doors and leads per territory.
Webhooks, incoming leads and API keysSend LASSO events out, take web form and call leads in, and work with Zapier.
Some things are set up for your whole company.
You and your manager handle the day to day. A few company-wide settings are handled for you. Your LASSO admin at WebPro360 sets these up, so ask your manager to request them:
- Adding new people, sending invites, and turning off someone who left
- Making someone a manager, so they see the Team page
- Switching on Find leads for your company
- Setting up Salesforce, if your company uses it
- Your company's address, logo, colors, wording and dropdown lists
