Three jobs, one day

Find the leads. Work the door. Route the day.

Every outside rep who sells to property managers, facilities directors and building owners does these three things. LASSO does them in one app.

Find the leads

Pick an area and the buildings you sell to. LASSO pulls the listings and free public lists, scores every building, and tells you which reasons were measured and which are only a sign.

How the lead finder works

Work the door

One tap logs what happened at the door. A voice note in the truck drafts the note, the deal, the follow-up and the next stop as rows the rep checks before saving.

See the field app

Route the day

The stop list keeps business hours, puts a stop that closes within two hours first, and hands the drive to Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze. When a door falls through, Near me now fills the gap.

See the stop list

  • Up to 30recent reviews read in each building's full check
  • 15building types to search, from hotels to data centers
  • 3map apps for the drive: Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze
  • 1 freenon-selling manager for every five selling reps

The phone opens on what to do next.

The Today screen puts one next best action at the top, with the reason in a sentence. An overdue follow-up beats everything. Then a come-back due nearby, a meeting today, a follow-up due today, a top customer gone quiet, and a strong found lead nobody has called.

Under it: a call list, the stop list, open pipeline, deals with no update in three weeks, and found leads going stale. A morning brief arrives as a push, built from the rep's own records.

  • Next best action with the reason, and "Something else" to set it aside
  • Call list built fresh each time, printable
  • Meeting prep before a visit, from the account's own history

Sample data

A lead finder that shows its work.

LASSO's building scoring was built alongside a commercial mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor that sells preventative maintenance contracts. It reads reviews for complaints about heat, air, hot water, plumbing and power. It looks at size, at one operator running several buildings, at maintenance job postings and at renovation. National brands are marked down, because their maintenance is often decided above the building.

Every reason is labeled measured or a sign, so the rep knows what they can say at the door and what they should only ask about.

Sample data

For the manager

Coach from facts, not from phone calls.

Managers get a team view, a weekly scoreboard and territories with stats. Live positions show only for reps who choose to share.

Team view

Open pipeline, won this year, activity this week, new leads and overdue follow-ups, then a row per rep with what they have touched and what has gone quiet.

Team Live and day trails

For reps who opt in: last position, miles today, stops done, and the day's path with an Arrived mark at each planned stop.

Weekly scoreboard

Doors, calls, finds kept, deals created and won, won amount and estimated miles, per rep, this week or last.

Territories

Draw shapes on the map, name them and assign them. Each one shows doors knocked in 30 days, talked rate, leads made and accounts.

Shared leads

For teams that share leads: a business a teammate already has shows as theirs, and an open lead nobody has worked in its first 7 days can be taken over.

What is working

Which searches and which reasons turned into accounts and won deals, with one plain sentence on top.

Why teams pick LASSO

Most field sales apps hand your rep a map. LASSO hands them a reason to stop.

Pins and routes are the easy part. The work is knowing which buildings to visit, what to say there, and what happens after the door.

The usual wayWith LASSO
Where leads come from

You import a list or drop pins by hand.

LASSO finds the buildings near your reps and scores every one, with the reasons.

Why this building

An address and a pin color.

Review complaints quoted with the date, plus size, operator and job postings, each marked measured or a sign.

At the door

Notes typed later, if anyone remembers.

One tap for the outcome. One voice note drafts the note, the deal, the follow-up and the next stop.

The route

Stops in the order someone added them.

Ordered by distance from the rep, kept inside business hours, closing-soon stops first.

For the manager

Calls around to find out who went where.

Team Live and day trails for reps who share, plus a weekly scoreboard.

Built for

Every industry at once.

Commercial trades that sell to buildings, built alongside a mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor.

Your own LASSO, in your words.

Each company gets its own LASSO address, like yourcompany.lassoreps.com. Logins work only at that address. The app and the QR form carry your name, logo and colors.

The words are yours too. What you call a one-time job and a recurring contract, your deal stages, your dropdown lists, your required fields and your building types. When AI drafts from a voice note, it uses your labels, stages and dropdowns.

  • Your own address and sign-in
  • Your brand on the app and on the page a QR code opens

Questions

What owners ask first.

Who is LASSO for?

Companies whose reps sell in person to commercial buildings: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, fire protection, janitorial and similar trades. The buyers are property managers, facilities directors, hotel general managers and senior living administrators.

Is it a CRM?

It is an outside sales CRM built for the field. Accounts, contacts, deals, leads, follow-ups and activity live in LASSO. If your company runs on Salesforce, the Salesforce add-on keeps accounts, contacts and opportunities in step both ways.

Does the lead finder work for my trade?

The building scoring profile was made for companies that sell building systems work, like HVAC, plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance. Profiles tuned to roofing, fire protection, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, paving and security are in development. The field app works for every trade today.

Do my reps need to download an app?

No. LASSO runs in the browser on any phone or computer and can be added to the home screen. Android and iPhone apps are in testing and are not in the app stores yet.

Who sets it up?

Our team. We set up your company's address, brand, users and roles, your dropdowns and your words. Managers do not have to administer anything.

How is it priced?

Per selling rep, per month, with a company base. Managers and admins who do not sell are free, one for every five reps. Lead lookups are itemized on your statement. See the pricing page for the numbers.
