Off by default
Each rep turns on "Share my location during the workday" in Settings and picks their own hours. A banner shows the whole time it is on, with a Turn off button.
For managers
A team view, a weekly scoreboard, territories with their own stats, and live positions for reps who choose to share. Built so a sales manager can coach from facts.
At the top, company tiles: open pipeline, won this year, activity this week, new leads in the last 30 days, and overdue follow-ups. Then the Live card, the weekly scoreboard and your territories.
Below that, a row for every rep: last time on, accounts, pipeline, won, this week's activity, visits and calls in 30 days, leads and cards in 30 days, customers gone quiet, and follow-ups overdue. Then the biggest open deals and recent activity.
Sample data
Team Live shows each sharing rep's last position, how many minutes ago, miles today, stops done and stops arrived at. Reps who are not sharing are listed by name under "Not sharing", with nothing else.
A day trail shows one rep's path for a day, the miles, the first and last point, and the day's stops with Arrived, Done and the door outcome. Earlier days are there for 90 days.
The location rules
These rules are built into LASSO. A manager cannot switch sharing on for a rep.
Location sharing is off until a rep turns it on. The rep picks the hours. Nothing is recorded while it is off or outside those hours. Managers see positions only for reps who share, and points are deleted after 90 days.

While sharing is off or outside the rep's hours, the phone does not send a position, and LASSO throws away anything that arrives anyway.
Managers see positions and trails only for reps who share, and only while it is on. When a rep turns sharing off, their trails disappear from the manager's view. WebPro360 staff who run the service can also see them.
Points are deleted after 90 days. Points from a rep who turned sharing off stay stored until their 90 days are up, hidden from managers.
In the browser, LASSO records only while the app is open on the phone. Recording with the screen off comes with the Android and iPhone apps, which are In testing.
Near me now and "where I am" in the lead finder use the phone's position when the rep asks. That position is not sent to LASSO unless the rep shares or asks for nearby results.
This week or last week, side by side: doors, calls, found leads kept, deals created, deals won, won amount and estimated miles, with a company row at the bottom.
It counts what reps actually logged, from door taps, calls, voice notes and the lead finder, so nobody fills in a report on Friday.
| Rep | Doors | Calls | Kept | Deals | Won | Miles |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sam R. | 42 | 22 | 3 | 2 | $18,400 | 61 |
| Alex P. | 27 | 31 | 5 | 3 | $6,200 | 48 |
| Jordan T. | 11 | 6 | 0 | 1 | $0 | Not sharing |
| Company | 80 | 59 | 8 | 6 | $24,600 | 109 |

Ground rules
Draw a shape on the map, name it, give it one of six colors and assign it to a rep. Edit the shape, rename, reassign or archive it later. If you allow it, reps can draw their own.
For teams that work one shared lead pool, we turn on claims when we set up your company. A business a teammate already has shows as theirs, and trying to keep it again shows the claim.
Beyond the team view
Over the last 30 days, 90 days or a year: which searches and which scoring reasons led to kept leads, new accounts and won deals, with one plain sentence on top. It does not change the scoring by itself.
Managers add web addresses in Settings and pick the events: lead created, deal won, stop done, meeting booked and more. Each delivery is signed and retried. See integrations.
There are two roles, rep and manager. Our team adds people, turns logins off and sets roles when you ask, so nobody on your side has to administer software.
Questions
No. Each rep turns sharing on for themselves and picks the hours. You see positions only for reps who share, and only while it is on.
We would not. Mileage is an estimate from straight lines between GPS points, only for the hours a rep shares. It is not road miles and not an expense report.
It means a shared position landed within 150 meters of a planned stop. The stop is only marked done when the rep taps an outcome or Done.
Not yet. The weekly scoreboard shows doors, calls, kept leads, deals and won amount per rep. Goals and leaderboards are on the roadmap.
Our team handles users and roles. Tell us who to add, turn off or make a manager, and we set it up.
Yes. The whole company sees the company's pins, so the team can see which doors were already knocked. A rep can edit only their own pins; managers can edit any.

Tell us where you sell and what you sell, and the walk-through uses buildings near you instead of a canned list. A person replies. No card, no contract to see it.
