Near me now
A door fell through? Near me now lists the nearest open leads and quiet accounts from positions LASSO already has, 12 by default, with Add stop and Open on each.
Field app
Today says what to do next. The stop list keeps business hours. One tap logs the door, and a voice note in the truck does the paperwork.
Sample screen. Names and numbers are made up.
The app opens on Today. At the top is a next best action with the reason in one sentence. Under it: a "This week" strip of calls, emails and stops, buttons for the call list, the stop list and Near me now, and tiles for open pipeline, won this year, quiet top customers and new leads.
Then the lists that slip: follow-ups due, meetings in the next two days, deals with no update in 21 days, and found or QR leads going stale after 14 days.
Anyone the rep already called, visited or met today is skipped. "Something else" sets the suggestion aside for the day. With the rep's position, closer things rank a little higher.
| # | Next best action picks, in this order |
|---|---|
| 1 | An overdue follow-up (the later it is, the higher it ranks) |
| 2 | A come-back pin due within the hour, nearby |
| 3 | A meeting today |
| 4 | A follow-up due today |
| 5 | A starred top customer gone quiet |
| 6 | A found lead scored 60 or more that nobody has called, visited or met |
One stop list per day. Add stops from suggestions (meetings today, follow-ups within two days, quiet top customers, open leads), filter by building type, reorder by hand, print it.
Stops that came from a Google listing carry their hours: "Open until 5 PM", "Opens at 9 AM", "Closed today". Each stop gets an estimated time, planning 20 minutes a visit plus the drive.
Optimize orders the day from where the rep is standing. It keeps stops inside their hours, puts the stop closing within two hours first, and names any stop that would be closed when you get there. Start route hands the drive to Google Maps (up to 9 stops in between, longer days split into legs), or to Apple Maps or Waze one stop at a time.

Built fresh each time: follow-ups due, tomorrow's meetings to confirm, new leads with a phone nobody has called, top customers gone quiet, then deals with no update in three weeks. Anyone reached today drops to the bottom as done.
Spread your accounts over the days you pick, 15 stops a day by default, each day in one part of the territory in driving order. Booked meetings stay on their day. Printable.
On the stop list, four outcomes are one tap each: Talked, Not in, Left card, Not interested. The tap records the visit, marks the stop done and shows on the row. Undo is right there if a thumb slipped.
Working a street or a business park? Drop a canvassing pin on any door. LASSO fills in the street address when it can. Pick one of 8 outcomes, add a note or a photo, make it a lead, or add it to your stops.

Tap the mic on Today, an account, a lead, a found business or any stop, and say what happened in plain words, up to about ten minutes. LASSO turns it into a note and proposes the actions it heard.
Every action is a checked row the rep can untick or edit. Nothing changes in the records until the rep confirms.
Recap my day takes one recording about the whole day and splits it into up to 12 companies. Each is matched to an account or open lead, with its own note, follow-up and actions to check.

Leave something behind
The small jobs that eat a rep's evening, done on the spot.
Take a photo and LASSO reads the name, title, company, email, phones, website and address, and suggests an account you already have. Back from a trade show? Lay out several cards in one photo, shoot a stack, and each card gets its own row to check and save at once.
Print a QR code for one account, or a general one to hand out anywhere. The page it opens carries your brand, asks what they need (a project, ongoing maintenance, or not sure, in your words), then lets them pick a time from the rep's open slots. The rep gets a push, and LASSO makes a lead or adds it to the account.
Saved templates with fill-in fields like first name, company, building type and last visit. Open them in the rep's own email app, or send from LASSO once Outlook or Gmail is connected (Rolling out). AI can draft a template from one line and tailor one email to the account.
Before a visit, LASSO writes a short brief from the account's own history: what happened since last time, open items, talking points, watch-outs and questions to ask.
Import from Excel or CSV, several tabs at once, up to 3,000 rows. Map the columns, and rows for one company become one account with several contacts. LASSO only fills blanks, never overwrites, translates your sheet's wording onto your dropdowns, and keeps the original in the notes. Last-contact dates and next follow-up dates come across. Undo removes what the import added, unless it has been used since.
LASSO runs in the browser on any phone or computer and installs to the home screen like an app. Android and iPhone apps are In testing and not in the app stores yet.
How the app behaves
Why teams pick LASSO
Pins and routes are the easy part. The work is knowing which buildings to visit, what to say there, and what happens after the door.
You import a list or drop pins by hand.
LASSO finds the buildings near your reps and scores every one, with the reasons.
An address and a pin color.
Review complaints quoted with the date, plus size, operator and job postings, each marked measured or a sign.
Notes typed later, if anyone remembers.
One tap for the outcome. One voice note drafts the note, the deal, the follow-up and the next stop.
Stops in the order someone added them.
Ordered by distance from the rep, kept inside business hours, closing-soon stops first.
Calls around to find out who went where.
Team Live and day trails for reps who share, plus a weekly scoreboard.
Every industry at once.
Commercial trades that sell to buildings, built alongside a mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor.
Questions
No. LASSO orders the stops by distance and business hours, then hands the drive to Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze, which handle the turns and the traffic.
Partly. Screens a rep already opened stay readable, and changes save when the signal returns. Photos, voice notes, lead search, maps and AI need a connection.
No. Every action from a voice note is a checked row the rep can untick or edit, and nothing changes in the records until they confirm.
No, follow-ups stay in LASSO and show on Today, the call list and the morning brief. Meetings (from a QR booking or a voice note) go on the calendar once your Outlook or Google connection is live; that connection is rolling out.
Not by email from LASSO today. The meeting lands in LASSO, the rep gets a push, and the call list includes tomorrow's meetings to confirm.
Yes, once LASSO is added to the home screen (iOS 16.4 or later). Each rep picks which alerts they want: new leads, bookings, the morning brief and follow-ups.
