LASSO

Uniform and Supply

A field sales app for uniform and supply reps who call on restaurants, plants and shops.

LASSO gives your reps a stop list in business-hours order, one tap door outcomes, business card scans and voice notes that draft the deal and the follow-up. The finder pulls restaurants, plants and dealerships nearby, and a uniform and supply scoring profile is in development.

What gets in the way

What slows uniform and supply sales down, and what LASSO does about it.

01

Every stop already has a provider

Most restaurants and shops already have a uniform or mat service. A rep needs to know who is unhappy and when the agreement is up, then come back at the right time.

With LASSONote the current provider and when the agreement is up, and set the follow-up for the month before.

02

The buyer is on the floor

Kitchen managers and plant managers are working during the day and step away only for a minute. Reps waste stops at the wrong hour unless business hours are on the route.

With LASSOStops from listings carry business hours, and a come-back pin holds the time the manager names, so the next stop lands when they can talk.

03

Add-ons get missed

A customer with uniforms may still buy mats, towels, first aid or restroom supplies. Those upsells come up at the door and vanish if nobody logs them.

With LASSOSay the add-on into a voice note, and LASSO drafts the deal for the rep to check.

Hotels outfit housekeeping, kitchen and front desk staff and need mats at every entrance.

Medical buildings

Who decides: Practice administrator or office manager

Clinics need scrubs, mats and restroom supplies on a steady schedule.

What LASSO reads for you

Ranked buildings today. Your own trade profile next.

Until the uniform and supply profile is ready, the finder ranks buildings with the building profile. These are the reasons it can give today, each labeled measured or a sign.

  • measuredBuilding size. Rooms, beds or square feet from the listing, the website or a public list; headcount is not read yet.
  • measuredOne operator, several buildings. The same owner behind several restaurants or shops in your search, so one agreement can cover every location.
  • a signBusy place. When no size is found, 300 or more Google reviews marks a busy place.
  • measuredRenovation or expansion. A new location, remodel or opening date on the listing, the website or a recent review, which often means new staff to outfit.
  • a signIndependent or regional operator. No national brand was found, so the owner or a local manager likely decides.
  • marked downNational brands. Restaurant chains, dealer groups and hotel brands are marked down because supply programs are often set by a corporate office.

A day in the field

A day in the field, with LASSO in the truck.

A sample day for uniform and supply reps. Every step is in the app today.

  1. Start from Today

Today shows a follow-up due at a plant and a restaurant owner who asked the rep to come back this week. The rep adds eight stops from Near me now, and Optimize orders them by distance and business hours.

  2. A card stack from the industrial park

The rep stops at five shops in an industrial park and photographs the cards from each front office at once. LASSO reads every card, and the rep saves the batch in one tap with one account per company.

  3. A voice note after the kitchen

The kitchen manager at a busy restaurant wants pricing on mats and towels. The rep records a voice note, and LASSO drafts a recurring deal and a follow-up for next Tuesday, ready to check.

Why teams pick LASSO

Most field sales apps hand your rep a map. LASSO hands them a reason to stop.

Pins and routes are the easy part. The work is knowing which buildings to visit, what to say there, and what happens after the door.

The usual wayWith LASSO
Where leads come from

You import a list or drop pins by hand.

LASSO finds the buildings near your reps and scores every one, with the reasons.

Why this building

An address and a pin color.

Review complaints quoted with the date, plus size, operator and job postings, each marked measured or a sign.

At the door

Notes typed later, if anyone remembers.

One tap for the outcome. One voice note drafts the note, the deal, the follow-up and the next stop.

The route

Stops in the order someone added them.

Ordered by distance from the rep, kept inside business hours, closing-soon stops first.

For the manager

Calls around to find out who went where.

Team Live and day trails for reps who share, plus a weekly scoreboard.

Built for

Every industry at once.

Commercial trades that sell to buildings, built alongside a mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor.

Questions

Questions uniform and supply teams ask.

Something else? Ask us and a person replies.

Does LASSO work for uniform and supply companies today?

The field app does: stop lists, door outcomes, voice notes, business cards, QR leave-behinds, canvassing pins, territories and the call list all work fully for your trade today. The finder already pulls and ranks restaurants, plants, dealerships and hotels with the building profile's size, operator, renovation and brand signals, and a profile that reads reviews for restroom supply and floor complaints is in development.

How does LASSO find uniform and supply leads?

A rep picks an area, a radius and building types such as restaurants, plants or dealerships. LASSO pulls the Google listings, skips places your company already has, reads each building's website for size and renovation words, and ranks the rest with the building profile, with a reason for every score. Free public lists are loaded for your states when we set up your company.

Does LASSO replace our CRM, or work with Salesforce?

LASSO keeps accounts, contacts, deals, follow-ups and activity on its own, so a team without a CRM can run on it. If you use Salesforce, sync is an optional add-on, set up and tested with your Salesforce admin during onboarding: accounts, contacts and opportunities sync both ways, and leads and activity go to Salesforce.

Does LASSO work on any phone?

Yes. LASSO runs in the browser on any phone or computer and installs to the home screen like an app. Android and iPhone apps are in testing.

How is LASSO priced?

Per selling rep, per month: seats start at $89, and Hunter seats, which add the lead finder, start at $159. Managers who don't sell are free, one for every five reps, and the pricing page lists the company base, optional add-ons and lead lookups.

Can managers see where reps are?

Only for reps who turn location sharing on. It's off by default, each rep picks their hours, a banner shows while it's on, and nothing is recorded when it's off. Location points are kept 90 days, then deleted.
