LASSO runs in the web browser on your phone and your computer, so there is nothing to download. This guide takes you from the invite email to your first look at the Today screen.

Your company's own LASSO address

Every company on LASSO has its own web address, usually your company's name in front of lassoreps.com (for example, yourcompany.lassoreps.com). Your company's name, logo, wording and dropdown lists show there.

Your login works only at your company's address. The link in your invite email already points there.

Set your password from the invite email

Your LASSO admin at WebPro360 adds you, and LASSO sends you an email with the subject "Your LASSO account is ready."

  1. Open the email and tap Set my password.
  2. On the Welcome page, check your email address. It is filled in for you.
  3. Type a new password in New password. It needs at least 10 characters. A short phrase is easy to remember and hard to guess.
  4. Type the same password in Type it again.
  5. Tap Save password and sign in. LASSO opens on the Today screen.

Sign in from lassoreps.com

  1. Go to lassoreps.com and tap Sign in at the top of the page.
  2. Type your company name or your company's LASSO ID, then tap Continue.
  3. If one company matches, LASSO takes you straight to your company's sign-in page. If several match, tap yours in the list.
  4. Enter your email and your LASSO password, then tap Sign in.

If you see "We could not find that company," check the name with your manager. Once you are on your company's sign-in page, bookmark it or add it to your home screen so you can go straight there next time.

If you forgot your password

  1. On your company's sign-in page, tap Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email you sign in with and tap Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and pick a new password. The link works once and lasts one hour.

A new password signs you out on your other devices. After too many wrong tries, LASSO asks you to wait 15 minutes or reset your password.

What the Today screen shows

Today is the first screen you see after you sign in. From the top down:

  • Greeting and headline. The date and one line from your morning brief, such as how many follow-ups are due.
  • Recap my day. One voice note about the whole day, split up by company. See Voice notes and Recap my day.
  • Next best action. The account or lead most worth your time right now, and why. See Plan your day.
  • Turn on alerts. Shows until alerts are on for the device you are using.
  • This week. Your calls, emails and stops so far this week. Tap it to open Activity.
  • Call list, Stop list and Near me now. The three places you plan the day from.
  • Four numbers. Open pipeline, Won this year, Gone quiet (top customers with no contact for a while) and New leads this week.
  • Lists to work. Follow-ups due, meetings in the next 2 days, top customers to call, stalling deals with no update in 3 weeks, new leads, found leads going stale, and accounts worth pitching a maintenance contract. Some headings use your company's own words.

Before you have any accounts, Today shows Let's get your first accounts in, with buttons to scan a card, add an account or make a QR code.

Get around: the tabs and the menu

On a phone, five tabs sit at the bottom of the screen.

TabWhat it opens
TodayYour day, as described above. The Call list and Stop list open from here.
AccountsYour accounts, with Top customers, Gone quiet and All lists, search, sort, the Map and Import.
Scan cardThe camera for business cards, plus the card stack.
ActivityCalls, emails, stops in person, cards saved and new accounts by day, week or month.
MoreCall list, Stop list, Leads, Find leads (when it is on for your company), Map, Fill in missing info, Import your tracker, Pipeline, Email templates, QR codes and Settings. Managers also see Team.

On a computer, the same pages are listed down the left side of the screen, and the top bar has a search box for accounts. On a phone, search from the Accounts tab.

The top bar also has an Add button (a plus sign on a phone). It opens Scan a business card, Voice note, New account and New QR leave-behind.

Settings to check on day one

Go to More, then Settings. These are worth a look before your first day out:

  1. Your availability for bookings. The days and hours customers can book you from a QR code, how long a visit takes, and how much notice you need.
  2. Flag top customers after (days quiet). How many days without contact before a top customer shows as gone quiet.
  3. Stop list. Which maps app opens for directions (Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze), your home base, and your usual stops a day.
  4. Alerts on this device. Turn alerts on and pick which ones you want.
  5. Dropdown choices. Untick anything you never sell and it stops showing in your menus. Records keep what they already have.

What your LASSO admin at WebPro360 sets up

Some settings cover your whole company, so they are not on your Settings page. Your LASSO admin at WebPro360 sets these up. Ask your manager to request them.

  • Adding new people, sending invites, and turning off someone who left.
  • Making someone a manager. Managers see the Team page.
  • Switching on Find leads for your company.
  • Setting up Salesforce, if your company uses it.
  • Your company's address, logo, colors, wording and dropdown lists.
